Mark Zaenger, a member of Nisen & Elliott’s Estate Planning Group, successfully spearheaded the legal representation of an estate beneficiary in connection with her contested claim for benefits associated with an intestate estate. In this matter, the decedent died in Miami, was domiciled in Panama and had property interests in several other countries in addition to his US property interests. Mr. Zaenger coordinated the multinational legal proceedings which occurred in both Florida and Panama, resulting in a successful outcome for the client.
