Family Law Group November 9, 2018

The Family Law Group under John K. Kneafsey successfully won an appeal in the Illinois Appellate Court 1st District defeating an attempt to over turn a Circuit Court order refusing to modify or terminate maintenance.

The Family Law Group under John Kneafsey successfully defeated a "Petition to Modify" or terminate maintenance in the Circuit Court of Cook County.  It was a hard fought case that started in 2010 and concerned issues including how to treat the potential of a large inheritance.

D’Attomo and two other individuals received a Life Saving Award from the City of Park Ridge Fire Department for their efforts performing CPR and utilizing an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to successfully resuscitate a health club member who suffered sudden cardiac arrest on May 17, 2016.
