Ed Mueller served as Special Projects Editor of the Journal of Criminal Law & Criminology at Northwestern University School of Law. Mr. Mueller specializes in business acquisitions and capital formation, insurance and toxic tort, healthcare and corporate matters. Mr. Mueller joined Nisen & Elliott as an Associate in 1977 and became a Partner in 1979.
