Nisen & Elliott Selected as Law Firm for a National Lease Program Launch

The Automotive Finance Group of Nisen & Elliott, LLC has been selected by a major automotive manufacturer and distributor to provide legal guidance with respect to their launch of a nationwide electric vehicle leasing program. The team of Attorneys and Paralegals headed by Kenneth Rojc will assist with business licensing, contract and forms development and lease origination and servicing operations in conjunction with a team of in-house counsel.
