PROFILE:
Brittany Kirk joined Nisen & Elliott as an associate in 2007. Ms. Kirk worked at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office and Illinois Attorney General’s Office during law school. Ms. Kirk also worked at Northwestern Law School’s Bluhm Legal Clinic during law school in the Center for Wrongful Convictions. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Kirk completed a fellowship at the California Supreme Court. Ms. Kirk is admitted to the Illinois Bar and the general bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Ms. Kirk is a member of the Illinois, Chicago and American Bar Associations.
