PROFILE:
Dan Dawson concentrates on Federal and State litigation matters including general commercial litigation and creditors' rights issues. Mr. Dawson joined Nisen & Elliott as an Associate in 1989 and became a Partner in 1996. Mr. Dawson formerly served as legislative liaison for the Bankruptcy Division of the Young Lawyer Section of the Chicago Bar Association.
