PROFILE:
Brad joined Nisen & Elliott as an Associate in 1998, and became a Member in 2004. Brad focuses his practice in the areas of business succession and family tax planning; income, estate and gift taxation; complex estate planning; and probate, trust and guardianship matters. Brad is also a Certified Public Accountant and is admitted to the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the AICPA, American, Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations, and Chicago Estate Planning Counsel.
