PROFILE:
Bill Walker concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate, healthcare and secured transactions law. He has successfully guided clients through mergers, acquisitions and divestitures of all types. Mr. Walker also often represents lenders in syndicated, asset-based, floor-plan and other loan and line-of-credit transactions. He also serves as a mediator of commercial disputes. Mr. Walker joined Nisen & Elliott as an Associate in 1988 and became a Partner in 1996.
