Haley Mulherin is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate, Litigation, and Automotive Finance Groups.
Haley assists in representing small to mid-size businesses along with high-net-worth individuals with a real estate business focus. She also represents clients in matters involving civil/commercial litigation, including breach of contract, business tort, real estate, forcible entry, and closely held corporate disputes. Furthermore, Haley assists in representing national banks, finance companies and independent lenders pertaining to all aspects of motor vehicle retail finance.
Haley appreciates that each group she is involved in presents a unique set of challenges. She truly enjoys problem-solving and working with clients to help them navigate these hurdles in order to ensure that their goals are met.
Haley attended Loyola University Chicago and obtained her undergraduate degree in Marketing. Despite her love for marketing, Haley knew for years that her love for reading, writing, and her critical thinking skills would lead her into her career in law. Haley graduated from DePaul University College of Law.
In her time outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time with family and friends and continuing to explore Chicago.
