The firm maintains an active practice in areas affecting the transportation industry. The firm regularly represents transportation and logistics industry clients in transactional matters including the negotiation and documentation of mergers and acquistion, trackage rights agreements, right of way acquisition, indemnity agreements, employment policies and regulatory matters, among others.  In addition, the firm has successfully represented service providers and shippers in arbitrations before regulatory commissions (including state commerce commissions and the Surface Transportation Board) and in state and federal courts throughout the United States.  Our cases have involved interchange claims, detention and demurrage claims, car hire and car repair claims, FELA defense and breach of contract litigation.
