Our experience includes representation of horse racing tracks, racinos and video lottery terminal licensees in Illinois, Indiana and other states. One of our team is a Commissioner of the Illinois Racing Board, and has participated in drafting provisions regarding the formation and revision of several states’ enabling statutes.
